Privacy Policy

Who we are

Nightcoder Labs LLC is a Native American–owned Web3 research & development studio. Our website is: https://nightcoderlabs.com

We believe privacy is a form of sovereignty. Whether you’re visiting our site, joining a project, or reaching out to build with us — your data is treated with respect.

What We Collect

We only collect personal data when you:

  • Submit a contact form
  • Join a waitlist
  • Leave a comment or message
  • Use embedded tools like Google Maps, YouTube, or social media previews

We don’t track people for marketing. We don’t sell or rent your information. Ever.

Comments (if enabled)

When you leave a comment, we collect the data shown in the form, plus your IP address and browser info to fight spam. We use Gravatar for profile images if available.

Cookies

We only use basic cookies to help with:

  • Saving your preferences
  • “Remember Me” logins
  • Basic user experience

No ad tracking, no creepy pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser anytime.

Embedded Content

Some pages may include third-party tools like:

  • YouTube
  • X (formerly Twitter)
  • Maps or embeds from other sites

These may collect data just like if you visited their site directly.

Analytics & Tracking

We do not use Google Analytics.
If we track anything at all, it’s through private, privacy-first tools like Fathom or Plausible — just to understand traffic, not people.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of any data we’ve collected
  • Ask us to delete your information (unless required for legal or administrative reasons)

Contact us anytime at nightcoder@nightcoderlabs.com

How Long We Keep Data

Form submissions or comments may be kept indefinitely to preserve project communication.
We do not retain unnecessary logs, marketing lists, or non-essential user data.

🔐 A Final Note

Privacy is sacred — especially for Indigenous peoples, builders, and cultural networks.
We promise to uphold that sacredness in our systems, our stories, and our tech.
